My favorite stylist here is Heather because she knows what she's doing and is really consistent.. She knew exactly what I wanted from my description and delivered. I also really enjoy her company and She cut my nephew's hair and he lo ed his sweet shadow fade and lines! I always feel like a million bucks when I leave because of how great my hair looks and feels ! Don't forget to tip your stylist :)

They were absolutely amazing! Super nice, and I came in at one of the final times for the day and that didn't bother them at all. I think I had Abi and she was amazing! I showed one picture of what I wanted and she knew immediately what it was and what I meant when I wanted it a little different. My hair came out great and I get so many compliments from everyone. Super easy going and I was comfortable the whole time, I will definitely be going back next time.

I was so excited to go here, the reviews were great, the vibe was great. But unfortunately I didn't feel very welcomed at all. My partner scheduled an appointment for a color consultation and a haircut for our anniversary. I showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled time. Was greeted fast so that's a plus. But my stylist didn't seem to want me there. My haircut was done in no more than 5 minutes. I wish they would've spent a little bit more time on it, but I didn't say anything because it just seemed as though they wanted me out the door. I didn't hear back about my strand test and had to reach out only for them to be very short with the results, again like they simply didn't want to help me. Really disappointed and uncomfortable with my experience overall.

I’ve been to Bishops for years now and have hopped around to different locations for convenience. For the most part, I’ve had great experiences. The last handful of times I’ve had a haircut, I haven’t been very happy but this time was the worst. The cut itself wasn’t bad so no real complaints there. I have short hair and have always paid for the short cut. This time when I went to pay, they charged me for a long cut but I didn’t notice until after I had left. So for a cut that lasted less than 15 minutes, I spent $40 plus tip. I was a little irritated at that but I guess it is what it is—it just would’ve been nice to know they were changing my original short hair appointment to a long hair one. I had some things I was doing right after my haircut and while I as out, I noticed that I had a ton of hair all over my shirt. I brushed off what I could but ended up needing to buy an emergency lint roller to get the rest. I’ve included a pic of the hair I got off my shirt even though this was after I got a bunch off. That is completely unacceptable. This will be the last time a use this or any other Bishops.

Absolutely excellent service! This was my first appointment with Heather (though I’ve seen several others here too and they are amazing too). I love coming here! I always love my hair, come away feeling like I met a new friend an can’t wait to come back. Heather, my husband raved about my new color!!! Thank you so much!!!

Had THE best haircut with Nick today! He was fun and full of energy and did a GREAT job on my hair! I hadn't gotten it trimmed for a year and was needing some freshening up for 2022 and am now feeling SASSY AF. One of the best haircuts I've received at a Bishop's! Am now telling all my friends how great the experience was and would leave more than five stars in this review if possible. Thank you, Nick!!

Cassie did my balayage from this salon and I'm so impressed on how well she did. I was scared to come in and get my hair colored again, as I have bleached my hair 3 times before and haven't had great results. I came in with clean, natural hair. I have never had such a great hair experience before, she did an incredible job. Cassie gave me exactly what I wanted w/out making common mistakes other hair stylists make. Very professional, on time, and perfect. Even offered me a glass of water. Would definitely recommend.
