I don't understand how this place stays open, it is so badly run. I placed an online order for pickup and when I got the notification food was ready I went inside to get it. A worker then asks if I ordered chicken (at KFC??) and I say yes, they say they'll start cooking it and it will be 20 minutes. I sit and wait, multiple people come in and after ordering get told the chicken needs to be cooked and will be 20 minutes, most end up leaving. After 35 minutes the food is finally ready, and all of the sides are cold since they were packed before they even started cooking the chicken. Oh, and the dining area had 0 people eating in, but was a mess. It was impressively bad all around.

My food took extra time so I was told to wait in the parking lot. I asked for BBQ and hot mustard sauce at the intercom and asked for ketchup at the window. They brought out my meal and took off. So I left for a meeting. I found out after I left no sauces and no ketchup. I could not finish my meal. I am sorry I like sauces.

Maybe the stars aligned for us, but boy was our experience here great. Parking lot was clean and empty when we arrived around 2pm. Got a spicy chicken sandwich, Nashville hot tenders, a ten piece bucket of fried chicken, and a coke slaw on the side. The service was exceptionally fast, not even a line at the drive thru, and everything came out piping hot. All the chicken were so juicy and the coleslaw hit the spot. When we asked for ketchup, they gave us a good amount for the food too. Probably the best experience we’ve had at a KFC.

This place gave me food poisoning. I got the spicy chicken yesterday immediately after eating it my stomach was cramping and seemed like it had trouble digesting it after I got fever, chills, nausea, severe diarrhea, vomiting, my body feels week and my appetite has been gone since. Barely slept through the night.

I feel like every time I've visited here the staff are barely conscious, moferately high, and hardly able to understand what the customers are ordering. I'm not sure if the staff are new, or if I've just had bad timing, but this location consistently sets a new low bar for me every time I stop by. They've remained friendly however, despite the sluggish pace.
