Taco Bell

I come here maybe every day for breakfast as it’s cheeper than McDonald’s and I order the same thing, three or four times now they haven gotten my order wrong and today they threw all of the food in the bag didn’t get my order correctly I wanted the number nine which is a burrito And they gave me some thing that is not a burrito. And they don’t answer the phones so you can actually talk to someone it just rings. As I’m sitting in my car at the moment there’s nobody there there’s no reason why my food should I be as I ordered and be tossed in the bag and the bag was ripped. They need to have better customer service.

I would rate the food fine.. but the new system they have set up with a person standing outside to take your order, takes waaaay too long. Plus I dont see how that is safe for that person, or others being in contact like that, even just for a sec.. Thought the point was to social distance, and avoid contact as much as possible. Why not just use the board and speaker to order, like normal. Would make things safer, and faster for everyone, during the "uphill" climb of this virus we have been told non stop about... The fact they stand, before you even get to the menu board, and expect you to just know what you want.. Not really the best plan either. Most stuff I use to order, just magically disappeared off the menu anyways.. would be nice to see the menu before I order. I'm sorry, not usually a complainer, but this system is really not the best in my opinion..

Wow couldn't even fill up the entire nacho fries container with my nacho fries bellgrande I see. Maybe Taco Bell is hurting for money or something and so they can only give you three quarters of your Nacho Bell Grande. For a multi-million dollar probably billion dollar company you think they'd be able to at least fill up the container they dictate your food go in.

The food is good. They have a new of placing your orders now. They are standing outside taking your order and you pay for the food after you give the order. I was told that I would get my receipt when i pickup up my food order. I did not get my receipt or my mild taco sauce. They better get a better handle on giving your receipt with debit and credit card purchases. I expect my receipt with these payments.

Friendly staff, clean all around. Looks like it was remodel or just built looks new! Has two self order kiosks inside along with the traditional ordering. Drive through also. Overall it was good and the order was correct. They also have free WiFi its little on the slow side though 4Mbps download and 1Mbps upload.

At least two out of every five visits they mess up. Just ordered three of the new beef burritos and got three bean burritos. Every order I get a drink with no ice and it's usually full of ice. The consistency of meat and sauce is never the same. And not one employee their knows how to cut a quesadilla properly or all the way through.
