As a frequent customer of their PDX Airport McDonalds in terminal C (largely because other choices there are limited) I have to say that store is the most poorly run McDonalds I have ever been at. The employees have no apparent interest in being there, which is apparent by their poor and sometimes rude attitudes. The food orders are usually wrong, and almost never hot, or even warm. I understand that in most instances, fast food isn’t a career choice by the employees working there, but maybe hire some employees that actually want to treat their customers to a good experience. I often wait 10 minutes or more for nothing more than a soda. I’ve waited as long as 20 minutes for combo meals. This is unacceptable for an airport “fast food” when customers are usually in a time sensitive environment. I worked at a a McDonalds store many years ago, and the rule was two minutes in line, one minute at the counter... evidently that rule has changed significantly. Just a rant maybe, but I’m hoping the owners get this review and know that I’m not alone in this perspective. Please, do something about your employees, your food quality and accuracy, and the overall experience for your customers.

This is the worst company to work for. I called in to translate to for my mother and the "office manager" said that I couldn't translate because it was against company policy. It's amazing how a small position like an office manager can make people feel the entitled to so much! My mother's request was to use her PTO, how is it against company policy to translate for her? Companies like this make it ok for officer workers to use any obstacle to stop their restaurant workers from getting what they have worked so much for.
