Subway

Not great. We went in order a sandwich and my little girl tells me she needs to use the restroom. I understand that their restrooms are closed to the public but little kids can't hold it when they have to go. I asked to use the restroom and was told no. I asked if they could make an exception because my little girl really had to go and the lady behind the counter got mad. She did let my little girl use the bathroom though, so she didn't have an accident, so I appreciate that. After using the restroom we got in line to place the sandwich order. I was hoping she would be less angry by then. She was very impatient with me while I was placing the sandwich order though. I felt I couldn't order fast enough. I was trying to be quick and order an easy sandwich but I could tell she was still mad at us. I understand the frustration initially but not afterward while we were ordering. She did make a good sandwich for my little girl though so the food here seems good.

Subway used to have inexpensive sandwiches and the customer service was on par. Our last trip of just two Turkey sandwiches somehow cost my son and I $27! We asked for a receipt and the person at the register didn't know how to reprint one. After a few minutes of her staring at the screen, the line building behind us and of course Covid I gave up and we left. I still love the food but the prices are somewhat ridiculous for a single mom with 3 growing boys.
