I love Arbys for there food, but this Arbys needs to expand there drive thru. If you have been there you know what I mean. The food is always hot and tasty. I always order the beef and cheddar. They always pile the roast beef up with ample amount of cheese. The customer service is always friendly. The wait is never long maybe 1 or 2 cars ahead of me.

Great and friendly staff, quick service, considering I got a 50$ order and they like to joke around.
Classic Arby's, they had the beefs.

Arbys is definately worth 5 stars but I took a star because I'm super disappointed that I cant order the special shakes through the delivery apps (I don't drive). I really missed the creamsicle during the summer... now I'm going to miss out on my favorite shake, the Andes mint shake. Do you allow people to walk up to the window (though I'm sure this would cause some drivers to become irritated)? Or until the guidelines lift and can allow people inside to order but no dining in.
