The time before my most recent visit I had the same cashier. And no more than I walked out the door did I realize I had a badly beat up energy drink can. The top was all puffy like it had been dropped. Boy my huge mistake for not noticing it before I walked out. Cause I no more but walked back in to ask for a new one . Same cashier as tonight. Was totally rude absolutely would not consider helping me out with a replacement. Horrible lesson learned. I was so offended by how he treated me. I simply said keep it out of principle. I know that I live in a tougher neighborhood, and no doubt this store handel's a interesting crowd. I grew here and my mother was also a business owner in the same area but just down the street. 92nd and Powell. Tonight I mentioned the incident and how he had handel the situation. He no more than gave me a yeah I remembered it, but showed no remorse and simply did not give a damn attitude. I live in not far and work very close by and in a home paying mortgage for 10 years now a resident in my forties that tend to buy just what I need and not waste money on something I feel is not saleable or safe. It's too bad I have stop tipping the guy because long before that I caught him purposely under change me as well so I have had two very bad service experiences for the same guy. And when he's not interested in learning the very long time local. I going to limit my visits all together and travel further and or keep a very sharp eye this guy and on my order. Its a shame when you try to be nice and just get that go to hell look in the end. Wow. Couldn't believe this guy.

The man was really nice. So I got a slurpee and tried to use a coupon my friend sent me. Even though it didn’t work, the man said that even if I didn’t have enough money he would give it to me because it would be wasteful not to. Afterwards I had to get my friend one too, when I was letting for it I accidentally spilled it on the floor. The man cave over with a towel and gave my friend a refill. And it was all normal price! Thank you so much!

First off the older female cashier is always on her phone,then I've found expired items on the shelves. The younger cashier doesn't comprehend english very well and you have to tell her over and over what brand of cigarettes you want to purchase. There is always filthy looking people out in front of the store. The never use the right containers for hot food with the exception of hot dogs. They have a yellow bucket asking customers for spare change but don't specifically tell you what the money is used for, I'm guessing its kept for personal reasons or tips. They also put expired items near the counter and reduce the price to sell.

Avoid this 7-eleven at all costs unless Abdul publicly announces that Jess (the manager) is no longer with the company. I walked in payed for an item and walked back to use the restroom as I have done many times before. I'm dressed in a collared shirt and looking extraordinarily handsome and put together as I always do lol. I'm in the restroom for no more than 20 seconds before I hear someone pounding on the door. She's screaming who's in there, you have to ask me!!! It was really awkward trying to hold a conversation with a 7-eleven clerk thru the bathroom door while she's loosing her mind. I wash my hands and start to dry them as she continues shouting at me. As a paying customer I was obviously frustrated and in shock that all of this was happening. There is no sign posted to ask the cashier if you can use the restroom, it's unlocked and no key is required to access it. I've been here many times and never had a bad experience but after this I won't be back. Jess your shouldn't take your personal problems out on paying customers who frequent your store.
