The people that work there seem to go out of their way to be rude. they act like you're bothering them when you need to be rung up or ask a question. There was something wrong with their computer system and it wouldn't let me enter my phone number to get my points when I asked the employee why this was how to fix it. he just kept saying I don't know. I said well don't you want to learn how so you can help future customers and he just told me no and stared.

The behind the counter straight robbed me of $15. I handed him a twenty and he acted and insisted I gave him a fiver. Definitely unacceptable from someone who's job is to work a register. Wont go here again.

Staff member seemed to go out of his way to be rude to me when I walked in. This is another reason not to go to this 7-Eleven. There is no restroom for customers AND since I make it a point not to shop at convenience stores where you cannot both relieve yourself and purchase a drink, I will not be returning here. Any place that serves hot food and drinks should have a restroom for it’s patrons.

I came in this evening to get a Coke. The deskilled urbanite that I am, I was not able to pry off the bottle cap without the specified tool. Luckily the staff here is awesome...thanks Larbi for opening my bottle by your bare hands. It was a delicious Coke!

Their evening help is rather unpleasant. He isn't fond of you coming in to purchase items when he's outside the store smoking. This requires he actually come in the store, and give you attitude while you make your selection and purchase. This is the only 7-11 I've had trouble with redeeming their own offers via phone. Other than the RedBox outside, I would avoid this location.

27 yrs later... Ladd"s 7-11 is the most loyal to their customers.. Owner Kareem, is the most Real, spiritual, American I know.. I would trust him with my guitars AND my children..if anything ever wewewere to happen to me Kareem Kalen Larbi Eunice Lassen the iron man..
