I've gone in here twice and both times it's smelled pungently of formaldehyde. I've had anatomy class where dissecting preserved animals was required and I will never forget the smell. This 7-Eleven smells exactly like that. To make it worse I'm wearing a mask because of the pandemic so the god-damned smell is trapped in the mask. I can forgive the general dirtiness, and disarray because it's a convenience store in a bad area. What I cannot forgive, is the smell. 0/10 would rather remove my nose.

i literally just accused of stealing wrongfully because i walked in with a bottle of kombucha in my bag and he thought i stole it. it’s illegal to accuse customers of stealing unless you have ON CAMERa of concealment.

Worst 711 i have ever been to. Do not go to this store, there is another one right up the street on 82nd. The line is always long. The checkers seem to move as slowly as they possibly can. The atm is always broken and my visit today I waited 26 minutes to pay with my card then I left. I am never going back to this store even though it's right next to my house. I would go anywhere other than here

Monday July 2nd at 5:37 I was charged $8.32 for a small cup of coffee. The guy who sold it to me looked suspect. When I checked my bank account I had reluctantly found the overcharge and was immediately put off by the blatant and clearly intentional effort to charge more than was posted for the coffee.
I understand this overweight, curly haired, man child must surely hate himself and his job. But that gives him no right to take his frustration out on an unsuspecting person.

Staff was very short fused and didn't communicate well. The male clerk yelled at a man because he requested cash back and male clerk seemed to be physically heated about it out of nowhere behind the counter. The female clerk did nothing while this happened and just stood around. She then rang up my drinks with an attitude. Thought this was a 711, not a drama store
