I love Susan's! It's a little hard to see from the road, since it's literally in the left hand side of an auto garage, but the place is phenomenal....plus where else can you go with a cleaned fish where they'll cook it for you!? Polite staff, following all Covid-19 safety guidelines.

AWESOME...ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! We are from Michigan and have been vacationing in Maine every summer for 17 years and can actually day this was so good! Great product and great prices! This is definitely the place we will stop every year! The chowder was probably the best we have had in Maine EVER! The whole belly clams and scallops were fried to perfection! A MUST STOP!!!! ❤

Great lobster roll, clam chowder, and fish sandwiches! Can't beat the price and laid back atmosphere. Parking lot is small and tight though.

To much to fit in a post. But hands down the best seafood I've ever had. The portions are to much to finish. The staff goes over and above. But the best part is the whole vibe. The place just says seafood when you walk in the place !!!

I remember coming here when I was younger and the food was some of the best seafood in Portland. The service was good, nice people and decent atmosphere. But the food was seriously some OTHER type of heinous! I get sometimes places have to microwave stuff, seriously no diss on that, like plenty of places do that and it’s still fabulous but they burned the outside of the chowder cup and all I could taste was burned paper…. I’m sure it’s not the people workings fault. But like woah. Would not recommend to others. It’s sad because it was AWESOME when I was a kid. Just make the drive to Kens seafood or The clambake! Sad to say it’s not worth it.

This is a true locals fish house. Best prices in the area. You could go pay way more in the tourist areas for lower quality food but why would you. Really good lobster role, great chowder, and great fish burgers!! Everything breaded by hand!!!! This is the place to go.

Don't miss out! This unassuming fish-and-chip joint has fresh, delicious seafood (they'll even fry your catch for $5!!!) at reasonable prices and is literally swimming in accolades. Try the crab cakes as a side - they actually taste like crab.
