We ordered two styles of Pasta and both were terrific. If you're a fan of salads order their large green, it was fantastic. Our order was pickup so we didn't experience dining in, but the staff who greeted and brought our order out were friendly and pleasant. We will be back.
Update: Second visit we went with the Pepperoni Pie and had to get the Large Green Salad again. Another great visit due to friendly staff and excellent food.

Nice touch having heated seats for outdoor dining (adds to the outdoor atmosphere), as well as having a very traditional Italian drink, the Aperol Spritz. The service was very good, although we were surprised to receive our bowl of brussels (nice flavor) before the entrees and to be served serving spoons to eat the chewy cannoli. I have to say that I found the garlic bread focaccia to be a bit spongy and the seared scallop entree to be a bit meager, although tasty. Marinated mushrooms were picante.I am being somewhat critical based on the cost of everything. With higher prices, I expect higher quality . Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience.

This is the best restaurant in Portland, and that's really saying something--Portland is one of the best restaurant towns and I've been to a lot of them. I've been a few times, each one very memorable. Excellent curated wine list, really interesting, well-executed cocktails. And the food! If you're here for just the pizza, you're missing out big time. The small plates and pasta dishes are some of the best food I've ever had. Their chef hits the flavors of the ingredients perfectly every time. All the flavors are well balanced, you taste everything, nothing lost, or overpowering, or competing. I've spent a lot of money here, and I plan to spend a lot more. The value is immediately apparent. All in an unassuming, tucked in a quiet neighborhood, little spot. My wife and I will talk for hours about all the food once we leave, and while we're there, the staff and owners made me feel well cared for, and I'm comforted that they are really passionate and know what they're doing.

Great ingredients, poor execution, false prices on menu.
My family came here for a casual Tuesday night dinner. The atmosphere was nice, and I liked the style of the place. I was ready for it to be a really special find. We were disappointed overall.
I had spaghetti and meatballs. Spaghetti was cooked al dente to perfection, meatballs were tasty, and then they absolutely *drowned* the plate in sauce. Don't get me wrong, the sauce was good. But it took over the plate. There was so much that the spaghetti was literally swimming in it and then it was over the top of it as well. Not Italian style at all (which I don't care about but some might) but it was way too much. You couldn't avoid it. To be fair, they might pull back on the sauce and then the next guy would complain that there's not enough. But man, I'm telling you it was a TON.
My wife had a very small and pricey $24 sausage pasta dish that was short on flavor (in her description) and skimped on meat. I didn't taste this dish so I won't go into it any further.
My daughter had the New Yorker pizza. Again, so close to perfect, but ruined. The crust was incredible. The cheese and marinara was perfect. And then they dumped about 3 pounds of oregano on it. I'm an oregano fan, but be warned. It absolutely overwhelmed everything else. You could taste nothing but oregano. Take a look at the picture. Waaay too much of a good thing.
Side note: This "craft soda" thing has to stop. You now pay $5 for a single 12oz drink, all in the name of a marginally better soda, nowhere worth the premium, and can't be refilled without another $5. Yes we all see what's going on here. Please stop.
Finally, to top it all off, they have raised prices on things and haven't bothered to update their menu. So they'll just casually add the extra cost to your check. If you don't notice, you'll just pay it. Menu said $6, well now it's $8 when it's time to pay. Menu said $4, and that turned to $5 at bill time. Here's a thought....if you can't bother to update the menu, I'm thinking maybe you hold off on charging the customers until they know what they are paying. Picture of this attached as well.

Great food and service! Lots of tasty small plate and drink options, but a little pricey. I really appreciate that they offer outside seating with propane heaters and heated seat cushions for some cozy winter outdoor dining. They take your temperature upon entering and all staff are wearing masks, which is great to see. I would definitely eat here again!

Delicious food! Staff is really great, very professional and welcoming. They gave my brother the wrong pizza by accident, but immediately fixed it! Made one and brought it right over. We appreciated the covid protocols as well. Will definitely be back!

Such a nice vibe and wonderful spot for small plates, pizza and pasta, cocktail at the bar, etc. GREAT negroni, and the broccolini and rotolo were standouts - and the garlic butter and ranch dipping sauces for the pizza crust!

We had a great experience here. This is a neighborhood bistro, convenient to us in Deering center. Two delicious cocktails, a pizza, an appetizer and tiramisu for dessert. Reasonably priced, service was attentive, we will be back.
