Vervacious

GREAT products! I have purchased from Vervacious since they opened in Portland. I order the Chocolate Balsamic by the case and give it as gifts. Everyone loves it. For a wonderful healthy dessert, just drizzle the Chocolate Balsamic over cut-up fresh fruit. Wonderful on fresh strawberries and raspberries. So glad the company decided to make a larger size for those of us that go through it quickly (sometimes I'm tempted to drink it as is!). Enjoy!

I've always been a fan of Veracious and it's a regular stop for my wife and me when we're in Portland. Last Saturday, we timed our drive home so we could get there by about 5 PM because the closing time listed on the net was 6. We arrived at about 5:15 and Veracious was closed. I recommend you call the store if you plan to go late in the afternoon to confirm that day's actual closing time.

I love the balsamic (especially the blueberry). About a year ago, I placed an order and more than a month went by before it was shipped. I was unable to reach anyone, all my calls were unanswered. I am now trying to place a repeat order and am frustrated. The website is terrible, no ability to order anything, and again any calls I make to the store go to voicemail, with no calls (so far) returned. I plan to order a whole lot, so I don't have to replicate the horrible customer service experience again. Bottom line: The products are great, but the customer service is terrible. This is surprising, because the store is beautifully set up and run. This must be where all the attention goes.

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with! My husband and I went to Maine on vacation and came upon this store and thought what great gifts for Christmas. I ordered $145.00 worth of products to be shipped to my home. We were told that they would be shipped that Monday or Tuesday by Priority Mail. That would have been October 22. Well it is now November 3 and we still have not received ANYTHING. NOTHING, NOT A PHONE CALL EVEN AFTER I CALLED 5 TIMES. I EMAILED AND STILL NOTHING. It is just so upsetting to spend a wonderful vacation,in such a beautiful state to have one person spoil a memory. You ought to be ashamed. I hope this reaches people going to main and will stay away from your shop.

Terrible customer service ... I too ordered on July 27th, one package to go to California, another to come to Minnesota. It is now August 13th... I have called 3 times, emailed at least 3 times, just asking when it will get shipped... NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! I still have heard nothing. I am very frustrated. LOVE LOVE LOVE the products..... Does anyone know WHY? are they too busy for the manpower? is product hard to come by? any answer would be appreciated.....
