Maine Squeeze Juice Cafe

Highly recommended! Monument Square is a must-stop in Portland, ME. Maine Squeeze trains their employees to be friendly and take great care of their customers. I always get the Kale Storm when I'm here and they always make sure it has enough ginger for me (I like it nice and zingy). I've tried a bunch of their other smoothies as well, and they are always good. Treat yourself to something healthy and delicious- it is worth it. Also, the ambiance and space is very fun and relaxed and enjoyable. It's a great place to come chill and relax and enjoy the downtown vibe any time of day, especially with a friend or group, but solo as well! The great news is, it's set up kind of like a food court so if you're with a hard-to-please group of diverse palates, you can scatter and collect your lunch items from anywhere in the building, then reconvene for a communal meal in one of the comfy tables/ eating spots. I love the vibe here.

I’ve gone here for years with good experiences, but recently i got one of your specials smoothies and had a scary allergic reaction to it, i almost had to go to the hospital. i posted on your facebook page about it because at first i couldn’t find an ingredient list and i was scared and trying to find out what was in it. you never reached out to me about this or responded. i am not impressed, so i will no longer be a customer. there’s other places to go in Portland that I am sure will treat me better.

There was only one staff on Sunday, when I walked in there was a lady standing in line so I decided to wait. She ordered more than one thing (it’s not her fault at all I do understand it). Then it’s my turn, so I ordered and the staff told me it will take 10 mins. Really? It’s like 11 am and ppl kept coming. I dont blame it on the staff at all as he tried to make all orders as fast as he could, but I dont understand why there was only one staff working on Sunday? Somebody who’s taking charge of this branch needs to fix this.
