Flores Restaurant

I ordered sautéed Cabbage and yucca with pork and a shrimp burrito through delivery. The yucca dish was disgusting with raw Cabbage and extremely bitter yucca. Everything was colored bright orange but had zero flavor. The worst part was the pork which was so dry and stale, I'm positive it was swept from behind the fryer where it's been hiding since last week's service. The most disgusting dish ever! The burrito was edible but also lacked flavor and had weird bits of things thrown into it like soggy celery. It was so cold that the cheese never even melted. The sauce that they gave on the side tasted like oil and dishwater. I have no idea what it was but it wasn't hotsauce. I would strongly advise against this place.

The food is always awesome here. It would be a 5 star review, but the order was over 30 minutes late. I wouldn’t have minded if they had quoted me a longer wait time initially, just a little disappointing to lose a half hour of my day. I would definitely recommend it to friends, just not if your in a rush. Or just add sometime onto the wait
