The 7-Eleven I visit on Congress Ave in Portland is a good store as far as offerings go and most of the personnel are very good at what they do under difficult circumstances due to location and the intricacies of many of the customers that frequent this store it's a job I wouldn't want to do because it's not just clerical or cashier it's total customer service with authority which is needed to keep things in order to be friendly yet gain the respect of the customers that they must follow the rules or leave immediately. This is accomplished by your staff most of the time

There seems to be a problem everytime I come in I'm a regular customer absolutely love the 1st and 2nd shift people but when I arrive at night there is usually 2 guys working one is typically off wondering doing there own thing leaving one person to the front a younger male with curly hair for some reason the other guy loves to make inappropriate comments about that the guy with curly hair and when they are around each other he gets all upset over the littlest things not to mention the other person is always talking about how this person is almost always late why would they continue to schedule them together I ask myself bc the younger one without curly hair should not be treating the coworkers like trash it's really upsetting to have to see the cashier with curly hair get so upset all because of this guy who will not stop the harassment I think his name is ?lucian? But not positive the shorter guy with black straight longer hair who wears glasses whoever is in charge needs to talk to him and lay down rules or move him out of his position.

7-11 is probably my top favorite stores in town! I especially looove the 2nd shift guys, they ROCK 🤙🏽🤙🏽3RD shift is when I mostly go & get my snacks & household things, which I must say are great prices! The 3rd shift guys are hands down Thee Bestest 🤩😎 Sooooo, yeah Congress Street 7-11 is My Absofuckinlute Favorite of all the ones I ever stepped in to! Yassss. The end

This store changes beautiful portland for the worst. It always has shardy characters hanging around the outside of it. The employees are not very friendly, a few time iv been harassed while simple parking by other people hanging out in their vehicles. All of portland is beautiful except for this store.. my debit cards have been not accept by their card readers, but when I go to any other facilities they are fine, sketchy then my bank calls asking if I tried to make purchases here.
