Starbucks

Not sure what Jean Parmesan is talking about so I decided to counter their review. I have been coming to this Starbucks pretty often for over a month now and never had a messed up drink. Although, if it was to happen, I'd understand! The partners are making hundreds of drinks all day long. I am sorry about your luck though and sympathize. If we were to think about this in terms of probability though, returning here would actually increase your chances at a better experience :) I found Jean's review to be incredibly helpful to how I view management here as well. It's refreshing to hear that a supervisor is able to maintain a healthy relationship with the other partners. What a terrible place to work if that wasn't the case and a shame if someone was to find that inappropriate. I personally find this environment to be incredibly welcoming and will continue my habit of returning here to study. The partners are always attentive and my grande chocolate cream cold brew always comes out right. As a sign-off, I hope we all can remember to face customer service with understanding. Jean, together we were able to create a 3-star review and I think that's a beautiful thing.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The partners are all awful - a bunch of inconsiderate teenage girls who have nothing better to do than gossip all day long instead of paying attention to customer orders and making drinks properly - my order had to be remade twice to be correct and my food was cold when asked to be warmed. The manager is completely incompetent and seemed more like a buddy to the partners than acting as their supervisor. Not sure how that’s appropriate.. the whole environment felt unwelcoming - I will never go back to this store. Completely missing the Starbucks spirit of nurturing every moment. Not sure how this location is still open.

Very different than Downtown or SE Starbucks which is what I am used to. Mainly because of the location being off Capitol. Lots of good food to choose from, decent coffee cups to buy, average wait time, tight on seating but didn't stay to sit anyways, no issues with order, very very clean. Younger staff but extremely friendly especially to my 9 month old son. I'm not usually in this area but would go again.

Service and efficiency have declined big time since before covid. They always seem to have enough people working but most of them move so slowly. There are a few solid people who seem to always be the ones picking up the slack and things are always much better when I see one of them working. Today paid nearly $5 for an Americano which is nuts but I suppose it's convenient. I always get extra ice and it's always hit or miss if there is actually gonna be extra ice. Today there was half melted ice just floating at the top even though I was early picking up my mobile order. Everytime I have asked for something to be fixed whoever I ask looks so shocked and confused even though what I originally asked for is printed clearly in the tag.

Starbucks is usually the same everywhere you go which is one of the reasons I enjoy it ...I know it to expect. But for some reason the barista that made my Mocha Frappuccino decided to get artistic with it. I did not appreciate the effort. It was perfectly OK it's just that I want it left alone and not have extra ingredients added to it to make it look pretty.
