Burger King

The poor 2 person staff was AMAZING. Running around trying to do everything at once, I really feel for them. If the company itself actually advertised their "competitive wages" especially in a time when people are no longer wasting energy on low paying or non transparent companies. OR if they just paid people enough to survive it wouldn't be so hard to find workers. Minimum wage and a free meal aren't going to pay anyone's bills and $15/hour is MASSIVELY outdated....

Ordered the Double Whopper, pulled into parking lot to eat it and find it to be a single. Got back into line and waited. Returned the wrong one and got the correct one. It's getting harder to get correct orders, even if it's simple and for me attempting to use app coupons is usually frustrating. I don't go regularly, so, every time I go, the app wants to update and then make you log in again and you try to remember your password. Also, most insist you have GPS and tracking turned on, no manual location entry. So, I'll just wait for mailer flyer coupons.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT BURGER KING EVER!!! The lobby was closed due to understaffed which I understand so I had to order a fairly large order in the drive-thru. I normally would have went inside to place the order since it was a larger order. They were extremely rude to me and angry I'm assuming because the order size as I was very curious and respectful but they continued to be rude. The order was 4 large combos 5 burgers not combo a jalapeños popper and a shake. They didn't give me 3 of the burgers. I asked if it was everything qt the window and they told me yes to please move to a spot if I needed to check. I pulled around checked my order, when I noticed 3 burgers were missing I went and knocked and they just pointed to the drive thru which was back up down the road. So I knocked again an employee let me in and he was then yelled at by a lady for letting me in I'm assuming the manager. She then wanted to argue with me that she gave me everything yet the employee who opened the door was able to go grab my already made burgers off the warming station these were special burgers with no tomato yet the lady still wanted to argue with me that she had already given me mine. The guy was then yelled at again and I left.

Update the staff here can't figure out how to make a whopper with cheese no veggies. Close this location!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never return! The person in charge laughed when I called about my ruined food! Peter will be getting a call on Wednesday! Front counter staff short and rude! Don't make ordering decisions based on the signs in the dining room. You will be told in the most rude way possible "that's not available" while pushing a different sign at me. This is not service if the deal is not available take the huge 5 foot sign off your dining room / ordering area!!!
