Pizza had absolutely no cheese on it just straight sauce for the THIRD time at this location AND there were onions on my pizza which i didn’t order either .Called to ask for my pizza to be redelivered told it would take “a couple hours” asked what a couple hours would be and was told i can’t be told a time frame I’d just have to wait . Nobody’s waiting up to 4 hours for a pizza. Called to have a refund put on my account and file a complaint and the person who “helped” me last time this happened said she would “pass the complaint up” nobody called nor said anything last time this happened so i doubt anything will actually be done about it . Don’t order from here unless you want pizza with no cheese

Ms.Andrea, the General Manager is so professional at solving problems with orders quick & efficiently. We tried to make the online order & the website does not allow it. It’s almost impossible to get a discount in store but she made it happen. It is so refreshing to see there is still someone who has the skill of excellent corporate customer service. Dominos Ms.Andrea should be compensated and promoted according the corporate position. And we are always pleased when Jadin makes the food fresh and hot. Go team Ms. Andrea and Jadin.

I don’t often come to Dominos because in the past they have messed up on many occasions on the simplest requests of EXTRA Cheese on my pizzas. Again, why I’ll never be back. The sad part is that’s it’s a fairly new location (2256 S. Grand Avenue. St. Louis MO) and I paid for extras as always & still it’s not extra. I will never be back. Sticking with Pizza Hut.
I only gave them any stars because the chicken was good and made correctly.

No garlic seasoning on sides of pizza, light cheese and extra sauce every time I order. Always they "forget the garlic seasoning". Leaving me with this nasty dry crust and way too much sauce.

This Domino’s has been nothing but a pain to me and my family for the last year. Today I was charged twice for one order, the young man I spoke to was incredibly rude and short, and it usually takes over an hour to get our pizza delivered. Keep in mind, we live 3 minutes away from this location. Do not order from here, spend your money elsewhere.

We had a large order for a company event that I placed the day before and had to be at the venue by a particular time for our volunteers. Not only did the large order show up right on time the pizza was excellent. The driver was also very friendly. We have placed several large orders with Dominos and have always been impressed. Thanks again!

This Domino's was so great for so long, I am giving them another chance. The last two times, though were a complete train wreck. We ordered online on a snowy day, and they waited an hour to call and tell us they weren't delivering. (It wasn't on the website.) After that, I called for a pick up and went to get our food at the estimated time and was told to come back after 45 minutes. I did, and the lobby had four other people saying they had been waiting an hour. I was told it would be another 45 minutes, and I didn't come back. The people working the line had zero sense of urgency the whole time. It was chaos. We've been loyal customers for the past 10 years, before this location opened. We've always been very happy with the food quality, the delivery, etc. so here's hoping they have turned things around since a month ago.

Having been a long time fan of Dominos Pizza, I was disappointed with my last two phone orders. When i called to place an order, I was connected to the Call Center instead of the store. The Call Center took all my information including my credit card payment and confirmed the pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes. I come to find out the Call Center never placed my order (or it was canceled - I'm not sure which). The pizza never showed and I never received a call about canceling. When I phoned back for status on my order, the Call Center said they would transfer me to the store. I was on hold for 15 minutes and the store never picked up. I called the Call Center again and asked to speak to a manager. They put me on hold and after 15 minutes and no one ever answered. I called the store directly the next day to speak to a manager. They explained that they do not have any control over the Call Center.
What I don't understand is why the Call Center is taking orders on behalf of the store when the store is unable or has no intention of filling the order. If the order can not be filled after it's placed, could there at least be a courtesy call to the customer explaining the situation. I could understand this happening once with this has now happened twice with this Dominos location. There has to be a better system.
