Dunkin' Donuts

Live in the area… have for a few years. When I say I have not once received the correct order, it’s probably an understatement. Not only have I never received a single drink made correctly, half the time I get a concoction of what I can only imagine being the worst ever combination of syrups and various additional unrelated items. Oh and forget courtesy or friendliness, it’s as if all of the local high school misfits were ordered to serve community service, by working the local Dunkin’ drive-thru. Words cannot describe how irritating it is to receive a screwed up drink, of any order that is genuinely so simple. I drive the extra two miles down to the Dunkin’ at the Portland bridge now, at least you have a 50/50 shot for getting what you politely ask for there. P.S., look at your reviews… there’s a common denominator here and it’s not the customers. @Dunkin’ does this location even have a manager? And if so, maybe it’s time to get them a new one.
