Food here are really delicious, I have no idea why people have bad reviews. I went to the store few times, and staff are really friend.

Below average and taste was not to my liking. Definitely can improve with the taste and service. The shop was not busy but few menu items were not available, sold out at 6 pm Definitely considered not to return.

💰 Prices are reasonable especially for the quantity of food you are getting
✔️There is a large selection of good, something to suit all dietary requirements. I love to get several dishes and do share plates, it allows you to try everything.

Very solid dumpling experience. Super juicy and quite tasty. Quick service and the food usually comes out quite quickly. It's definitely a Chinese style of food with no fusion elements. Not a massive selection of alcoholic beverages. Would come back when I'm in town.

Dumplings were good but the mains were very bad. You can do better for the money in the Chapel St area. Greasy, cheap chicken and vegetables that tasted like they had been frozen and microwaved and overly saucy dishes with little flavour. Avoid the Kung Pao chicken and the fried rice

On chapel street there are quite a few options for dumpling places. There is Shanghai street towards Windsor and you have his place Shanghai Dragon. The soups and noodles at Shanghai street are great value at lunch time $11.80 for a bowl full of warming goodness. High quality ingredients and nice and prompt service.

Very rude customer service!!! Worst experience ever. I reserved a table and the lady there took my phone number but never called. I waited 30 mins and thought I'd call back to ask if my table was ready by any chance, I got told she got other customers waiting outside now, nothing she can do and she hung up on me.
