We visited for bottomless brunch and our server Lottie was amazing. She made sure we were never without a drink and was so friendly. She really made our visit ❤️
The new cocktails were awesome and we'll definitely be back.

Fab place, really nice food and great service
Also came back for a hen do bottomless brunch and our waitress was fantastic. We preordered our drinks so we didn’t have to keep reordering and waiting as there were a large group of us and it worked really well.
Accessibility wise - there are steps into the building but there is a step free entrance via the emergency exit at the back/side - there is also an accessible toilet on the same level.

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch today. Our waitress Lottie was lovely and very attentive. She took our drinks order straight away and we didn't have to wait long for our food either. The food was delicious, especially the prawns. They had a little kick but not too spicy. The cocktails were nice as well and it was good to see some new ones on the menu. Overall a pleasant experience.

Went in for drinks with friends on Monday, Jamie was such an attentive bartender. The new menu is incredible!!!!! Try the beach blonde!!! Keeley was the best waitress I’ve ever met in Preston so so knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be served by.

Went for a quick, walk-in meal with my Brother tonight but was not expecting it to be so good. We were served by Andra and she was very bubbly and helpful, it really did add to the atmosphere. The food was amazing, we had the Spicy Mac and Cheese and the Shack Stack burger, both of which were delicious. Staff were brilliant, but our server was just really lovely.

Me and my friend came for tea and were served by Andra who was absolutely lovely: she sat with us and recommend things on the menu, telling us how spicy they were and what she personally liked. The food was really tasty, I recommend the jerk halloumi.

Turtle Bay in Preston is one of the best! The food is delicious and the cocktails are amazing! The restaurant itself is casual and very beach bar chic. As carribean fans, we enjoy our visits here to have a great experience! The staff are all amazing and very friendly. Keeley is one of the nicest young ladies around. She gives great customer service and is always so upbeat and friendly, she has a really great personality and is lovely!

Have come out for a night without the kids and this definitely did not disappoint! Joe, our server, was amazing!!! And the food was sublime, will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much 🥰❤️

Table had been booked, good atmosphere, friendly staff, alot of money overall, drinks very expensive just for a soft drink at £4.50 each even though presented differently in a bottle. Chicken burger lovely. Dishes could be presented better as very plain especially the sides.
