Bell & Bottle

Oh my goodness not bothering to make any tea thought I would visit B& B I chose Gammon egg pineapple Chips tomato & peas . It was absolutely delish THE CHIPS BEST IVE EVER HAD CRISPY ON OUTSIDE SOFT INSIDE ! The Gammon just how I like it the tomato & pineapple were obviously been put in a grill to warm sooo yummy lots of places don’t bother to warm them . The whole meal was cooked to perfection compliments to the chef ! The staff were lovely & friendly nothing to much trouble the young man waiting on so nice & polite ! Full marks to you all you can keep your fancy expensive restaurants I’d visit the B& B anytime it was home from home & I’ll certainly be back Thankyou soooo much !

We visited on Frdiay evening and were greeted by one of the managers Matt. We had booked a table and he sat us down right away. The whole night was great, they had some good cocktails and the food was amazing too. I had the sherry trifle cheesecake for dessert which i would highly reccommend! Overall we had a grteat night and will definately be coming back.

I booked the table on line which was straightforward and simple to. On arrival we were greeted by Dylan who asked if he could help and was very welcoming and approachable. We were shown to our table directly where we ordered drinks and our meals. Everywhere was clean and the staff who waited on us were happy, pleasant and efficient. The drinks and food arrived promptly and everything was perfect. A most enjoyable meal and experience.

Service was excellent. My burger was outstanding but the fries were poor, they had a cardboard texture. My partners steak was requested to be pink but was more well done. Sherry trifle cheesecake was lovely as was the jam sponge and custard although the custard was all gone with half the sponge still to eat. Altogether a pleasant evening and we will probably eat there again but not for a special occasion as the standards aren't high enough. Once again may I praise the service team as they were excellent

Went tonight about 5.45, 2 adults 3 young teenagers. No booking and was reasonably busy but was shown to a table straight away which was great! Staff were lovely, (especially Kayla) very attentive, felt like they couldn’t do enough for us. Food was lovely, a good serving, plenty but not over facing. Would definitely recommend, we’ll be back.

Everything was lovely.The staff were great and the meal was excellent.With pre booking we didn’t have to wait around to be seated and not long to wait once we had ordered.Which was good because when you have a toddler once there put in a high chair they expect to be fed more or less straight away.Service was sit on.Very pleasant visit and will return again.
