Lovely cafe with brilliant staff! Always enjoy coming here, the food is really nice and the staff are so friendly. They recognised recently that I was coming on a regular basis and made sure I had a reward card to get a free drink. It's the little things like this that make a place special.

Really lovely staff fabulous food and amazing hot drinks - my only criticism is the opening time was incorrect and was hanging about for 30 mins

A first visit although the shop was busy the cafe was quiet. A very good menu at reasonable prices will definitely be going back

A really good find today. Originally intended to go to the M&S café but as it was too crowded and cramped we went to the Ultimate instead. A much better choice! Friendly staff, pleasant & more spacious surroundings and a good choice of food. My tuna & red onion panini was freshly prepared and really tasty and we had freshly-brewed loose-leaf tea. Will definitely visit here again when at Deepdale.

Fantastic service the wifes a celiac so gluten free, the menu was clear.... anout it. We are heading North and popped into Go Outdoors for a few bits and the cafe has made us think this will be our new service station off the M6. Give it a try. Thanks

Didn't go in cafe went on shop. I love this shop get most of my camping stuff from here they have a great selection and usually a good sale on.

Very delighted with service, I ordered a ham salad wrap to take out but while waiting I went to speak to a sales assistant. They had popped it in a container and seeked me out to give it to me. The wrap was delicious and the staff were lovely. The cafe was clean and modern. Thank you 😊
