Toasted spicy teacake scrumptious.Good cuppa. Staff very pleasant. Need to keep cutlery stocked, as teacake getting cold while waiting for knife!

Just a nice place to shop really. Well stocked, friendly service, products you don't find elsewhere and decent enough value if you check out the offers. Great to have the free coffee back as well.

Opens at 08:00 during the week and it is pretty quiet at that time. The most important thing to mention though is that the staff were great: all that I came across were cheery and happy, whilst also being extremely helpful, polite and kind. This unfortunately rare, yet simple and free, service left me with a wonderful impression of the shop and the business. Thanks for a lovely, positive start to the day.

A calm, impressive store, as expected for Waitrose and Partners. Prices high but there are some bargains to be found. Recently reintroduced their free coffees for Waitrose card holders (apply free online). What I miss is the free newspaper offer and haven’t noticed prices coming down enough to make up for this loss of benefit.

Excellent customer service. I have osteoarthritis and possess a mobility scooter, but had not taken the latter to the store, relying instead of my trolley as a walking aid. Halfway through my shop, my back and neck started aching and I needed to sit down. I asked Customer Services for a chair and the partners immediately obliged, offering me a drink as well as the requested chair. After a ten minute rest I was able to complete my shop. Thank y you to all involved.

Good quality food, good selection of wine, fair pricing but a little inconsistent in terms of availability. The new app is a great addition but once every 4-5 weeks it just offers nonsense products completely unrelated to what you'd normally buy which makes it useless.

Brilliant range of products. Definitely quality over quantity. A bit on the expensive side compared to the the main 6, but great for more unusual items. It's a bit like Booths.
Well worth a visit especially if you're looking for more specialist ingredients.

Happy with my shop at Waitrose only place I can get low carb bread. Also I find their lamb is as good if not better than anywhere else. Finally the Craster kippers are to die for, I love them!

Super customer service from a lady who helped me a product I couldn't find as I was in a rush. Sorry didn't catch her name, a mature lady though. Great deal on offer for the SIS gels I was after.

I adore Waitrose vegan and vegetarian selection. I don't shop there all the time and usually buy items in the reduced section but if I see something that I like the look of I will splash out. Their British strawberries are the absolute best . They actually taste like the strawberries I used to eat as a child yum yum
