Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery from here and revieved a pizza with no sauce. I called the store and was told by the manager repeatedly he definitely put it on. Other than the fact I worked at dominos for 2 years, its pretty bloody obvious when a pizza doesnt have sauce. He then quite rudely refused to send out another pizza, and told me to pick it up or take it up with Menulog. This is not how you do business

They always get the order wrong, change the order by themselves without confirming, delivery guys asking you to come down because they feel too lazy to do their jobs. I hate sweet and sour sauce and every time I order something, I make sure to remove sweet and sour sauce and choose another one and they send all the sweet and sour sauces only. (Happened multiple times). I ordered wings once the big pack, they sent 3 and replaced the rest with dutch pancakes without even calling and confirming first. (I hate dutch pancakes). I ordered 3 serving on brownies and they didn’t give the chocolate dip with any of them. Very disappointed!!!!!

Called over the phone, ordered 12:51pm and was told that will arrive 30-35mins. Did not arrive so I rang again the store around 1:40pm to ask what time is the delivery coming and was told by 7 mins but took another 25 mins before I got the pizza! Not happy with the service! Will not order from this store again.

This is one of the better Domino's in the area, way better in quality and quantity of ingredients and toppings compared to Thomastown... They make the pizza like a neighbourhood shop, don't skimp on toppings and a very well made pizza. Usually ready for pickup in 10 minutes and service in the store is quick. This is the only local Domino's I go to...
