Five Guys Preston

This guys deserved big high fives . From the minute I enter , I was welcome . Great atmosfera , with great people . Very helpfull team members . All with a smile. Very easily placed my order . I was understood Very well by a cashier. They make it worth while . Even with cost of living rising, this people appreciate the customers. Could sit down and enjoy my delicious meal . Very politetly checking on me . Ohh that was very kind . They Very Pleasant with Very good manners. They all do fantastic job . Well done 👏. We will be back 👍 the store well looked after . Would give 10 out of 5 !

Came in yesterday with my daughter and boyfriend. The service of the staff was really helpful the girl behind the counter was absolutely lovely however the burgers didn’t taste cooked properly and we ended up leaving and binning them I’m sure the counter staff would of sorted this out for us but it was lunchtime and it was majorly busy and we felt like the staff didn’t really need any extra stress added to there lunchtime rush. This is just a onetime experience and I’m not to say it’s like this all the time but as it was our first time in the restaurant we was a little disappointed with the food but like I said the staff behind the counter was lovely and probably wouldn’t of hesitated to sort this out for us if we mentioned it

We called in yesterday evening. Friendly service, with a smile, from the lad serving on the tills. Complimentary monkey nuts. Milkshake lush. Burgers amazing as always. Loads of fries for the large cajun. Refillable soft drinks. Clean and tidy. Not cheap, but neither is anywhere with quality food and fresh ingredients, worth every penny.

Burgers seemed like good quality and a nice choice of toppings. My only issue was how much meet in the "standard", was double burger. Next time I will try the "little" burgers and hopefully the ratio of meet:toppings:bun will be more to my liking. I would recommend and the quality seemed to justify an increased price over other places.

First time I have been to Five Guys since I am Gluten intolerant but never realised all thr Gluten Free options. Phoebe who served us went above and beyond explaining the menu and what we could eat and that when anyone who orders with an allergy means the kitchen clean everything down and change gloves to stop cross contamination. The Gluten free burgers can be wrapped in lettuce or served in a box and the fries portions are massive. There was also a breakdown of every ingredients in each item which was particularly helpful for my partner who cannot have Garlic. Being able to add topping and sauces to customise your burger for free is great. The milkshakes are soo good, even the bacon one. We really enjoyed our food, so much better than McDonald's or Burger King, will definitely be heading back, probably not too often as it is quite expensive.

Usually got to the Trafford Centre five guys decided to give this a go,burgers just as good,milkshakes awesome,fries lacking something though. Lovely spotless place,quick service though it was quiet anyway,staff were lovely and friendly.Prices high as all five guys are but the burgers there just so worth it 🙈 Mollie was a great host taking the order swiftly and all smiles too 😊
