Nice property with all modern amenities. Very close to the airport and adjacent to Agha Khan Palace. The staff are very helpful. Me and my 10 year old son stayed in this property for 2 nights and the experience was delightful. Mr Suresh Das and Amar Limbu, both from in room dining dept and guest service were quite helpful and made sure that our stay was comfortable. They both have completed their hotel management course from Pragati Edutech Guwahati. They have really put in their learning into their job. I wish them good luck.

TG’s is an exceptional restaurant concept which will give you an intimate dining experience, WOW is the only word it can be described in as. Small, cozy 12 seater restaurant which serves Teppanyaki and truly one of its kind in Pune. Chef Sunny who was our chef for the evening ensured we had a wonderful experience not only in dining but an overall chef at the table experience. Nilesh Ayyar and Khusboo were exceptional in ensuring we have an excellent evening by their service, and lastly Akshaya (Sales Team Member) a big Thank You for recommending the place. Must try for sure.

We limited seat conference in Hotel, very good experience. Hotel ambience is very good and corporate. Hotel management is very helpful in many arrangements. Hotel staff is very supportive. Food was good and in competitive pricing. We had stay also and room is very very good and clean. Hotel is located in prime area of Pune. Enough of Parking was available. Over all nice experience.

We had such a great time during our stay at Hyatt Pune. Everyone here is super friendly and sweet. It is definitely making our first time in India a very memorable experience. We had our breakfast and lunch at Cafe 88 during stay. We especially want to mention that Jiban from Cafe 88 is for sure one of the reason we enjoyed our journey. He is the sweetest gentleman/waiter, and had treated us with his greatest smile and kindness since day one till our last. His presence brought us so much joy and warmth while we were having delicious cuisine that Hyatt Pune provided us. Also, I want to mention that Raja the housekeeper left us a very sweet note hoping we had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Pune. I will keep these sweet moments and memories safe in my heart and absolutely will let my acquaintance know about it.

The hotel is situated on a busy main road of yerawada. It's quiet inside, but the moment you open the windows you'll feel the chaos. Food was okay at Cafe 80. Service was good. I liked the overall ambiance at the cafe. Few items in the healthy starters section didn't feel fresh at all ( unpleasant smell was coming), in terms of variety of deserts, it was limited.
