My stay at the this Hotel was an overall average experience. The room was clean and adequately furnished, but some aspects left room for improvement. The staff was polite, although the service was not particularly standout. The amenities provided were basic and met my needs, but there wasn't anything exceptional. The location was convenient, but noise levels were slightly higher than expected. While the hotel met my basic requirements, it fell short of providing a truly memorable experience.

Surprised with their outstanding customer service. Jyotshna at the Guest Relations desk, went out of the way, helping me on my urgent business needs. Ms Gargee, the Duty Manager, was of immense help to facilitate my stay. Miran with the restaurant took care of my business guests, during multiple meeting sessions. Overall the stay was outstanding and very enjoyable. I thank all these excellent people and their commitment to do a great job.

This is place on Express way Nh48. This is a good stop over if one is travelling long distance from Mumbai. They have a good food and service. Mostly they have Indian food in buffet only and not alakat. The Asian restaurant has good options though not Indian but food is good and they serve drinks too.
