Cafe Kathaa

I was here with my friends and we sat for a couple of hours, we had ordered ramen, cappuccino and some cold coffee along with a frappucino. The ambience was absolutely beautiful and felt Italian. I sat and sketched as well. The food was alright in terms of it's prices. Perfect for work, study, a casual date or a friendly meet-up.

अन्नदाता शतायुषी भव: Starting with the concept, it is unique and very peaceful in the middle of a crowded town. Helps to maintain a good balance in eating and reading. . The collection of books at cafe is very genuine and seems like a common taste for all. You can just pick anyone and spend time reading with good food. . About food, it's not great. Very OK taste but portions of the food seemed lesser. Seems like more efforts are taken on the ambiance and book cafe concept, but not much on the kitchen area.

Great ambience, very peaceful silent place. It's a converted wada (without changing much) and that's what gives it the unique look and feel. Food quality is nice. I loved the shawarma, but found the Burrito bowl a bit odd. The rice was close to fried rice that hotels generally give, and the rice itself was too spicy along with the spicy salsa, so balancing elements were not present. Some tea options are nice, rather many elements from the menu are good. The berry drink is interesting, but very cold. Staff is good. One thing to note is that there's a dedicated smoking area right outside the place. Two wheeler parking is not a problem here. Don't know about cars though.

I recently visited Cafe Katha a few weeks ago while charging my Ather bike. It's a great spot for book lovers, and their food is quite tasty. I particularly enjoyed their delicious hot chocolate. The ambiance is cozy and charming, with the cafe set in an old house and surrounded by trees, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
