A really peaceful place to go to if you are feeling down. It does have different energy to itself that is just so serene and earthly yet spiritually calming at the same time. You might have to wait in line a little on Mondays or any other significant shiva days. Other than that, I don't see a reason to not go to. Even if you are not religious, you will feel the divinity!

One of the most visited and believed pilgrimage places for people all over Pune. It's been a place where my heart and soul always find peace like infinite people who come here on a daily basis for pilgrimage. The beauty gets more enhanced due to its lustering pond next to the temple's well paved courtyard and a small yet beautiful nana nani park in the vicinity.

Wagheshwar Mahadev Temple is in Wagholi, Pune. It is one of oldest temple of pune and a must visit temple for everyone. I went in the evening time and the aarti was just started, it was great experience for me. The temple space is very big with a small pond and it looks like the boating and all use to happen here but it is now covered with steel wires, not sure if they open for public. Also, you will see there are lots of crows who keeps on chanting like anything. This is a very peacefull place and if you are a true devotee, mahadev bhakt you can visit here, please note that you can put milk, curd etc on shivling also short dresses, PDA's are not allowed as i have seen this in a poster.

Om Namah shivaya. A really nice and holy place to visit. Beautiful temple with really amazing architectural design. The space and garden around the temple is the main highlight of the temple. The small lake is also beautiful in the area of the temple. Must visit. Har har Mahadev 🙏
