Hospitality :
I was in Sonak Toyota Pune with my 7 family members including my 3 kids for my Innova Periodic Service and the Hospitality we received is above the Best. My family received Executive reception from them with VIP Lounge and Delicious Foods.
Technical :
I already booked the appointment one day before and I got late to reach on time by 1 hour but they considered my Car on approached.
Mr Sachin Mayekar was Adviser for my Car and He kept me informed with Photos during all servicing process.
I took my Car from Raigad / Panvel (Even having Toyota 3S fascility in Panvel) to Sonak Toyota Pune, because of there Professionalism.
I wish them Great Success for future.

I was here to service my vehicle. Servicing done properly and also explained about the Labour and parts charges. They provide pick up and drop service of vehicle according to driver availibility. DSK staff is recruited which is why I gave my car for servicing. Due to the highway and outside dust, when the car is washed dust gathers on vehicle.
One can easily enter into Sales showroom and service centre in vehicle as they have low security near main gate. When I entered no one stopped me. Also while leaving service centre only one person was present outside service centre reception. I felt this might be threat to customer car and staff as well.
Here for the first time they provide membership card which gives you 5 benefits. One is you can access to VIP cafeteria service, second is Free tyre rotation with wheel balancing, third is free wheel alignment, fourth is additional coupon for free wash and fifth is Free UV protection exterior body polishing. Problem is you cannot club or use any one of these randomly. I felt this useless as I am not sure about my second or third visit because I service my vehicle every 11/12th month or 10k kms whichever is earlier. So during this tenure I may loose the card anywhere.
They gave me key holder gift which had Ganpati frame. Thanks for it!
