Huber

My first experience at Huber and Holly was excellent. To start off when we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile, and when we asked for tastes we did not feel embarrassed for having 3+ tastes each to narrow our flavours down. When we were tasting the ice cream, one server, Lamchi analysed our taste preferences while we were tasting, and she brought out more flavours that we eventually got in our cups. I had Cookies and Cream, Belgian Chocolate, and the Silk Choco Chip. The Cookies and Cream had a soft creamy texture. The taste was a classic cookies and cream taste but it had a nice slight coconut aftertaste. The Belgian Chocolate was a very smooth ice cream but it was quite sweet, and so the flavour of chocolate was obscured a bit. Finally the Silk Choco Chip was a very light ice cream that had the perfect amount of sugar but had slightly less flavour that tasted nice. We sat next to a window and there was a bit of light music and the chairs were quite nice. All in all this was an amazing experience and I will be coming here again during my stay in Pune

We came here after dining at a nearby restaurant which doesn't do great desserts. The staff are very friendly and patient, they are more than happy for you to try tasters of any ice cream you ask. The restaurant is quite small, so not too many tables, but still very clean and comfortable. There is filtered water available on the side, which is really good. We had just a jamun sorbet and a candy floss ice cream, both very tasty. The price is also very good for two scoops, at this time Rs. 164. (This is in stark contrast to a certain place in Pavillion Mall which charged us Rs. 250 for a single scoop, which was about the same quality.)

Hubber & Holly is Desserts Parlour Which Serves Ice-creams, Signature Desserts and Tornado Shakes along with Pizza, Pasta and Footlong Fries. Huber & Holly true creativity of custamised Ice Cream, amazing flavours with its true taste. The staff is very polite and the service is on point. They were thorough with their suggestions to offer which would surely satiate your tastebuds you just need to tell them what type you exactly expecting. Truffle oh pastry was having an eye catching appearance because of which I tried it, it was basically an ice-cream cake so when you get it let it melt it a bit so you can taste the brownie part too. The upper layer was made up of melted chocolate and the inside it was 70% ice-cream and remaining cake which was a sheer delight.

Best place to try on desserts and refreshing icrecream. They have variety of options to try on with cakes and pastries with the icecream. The ambience is also good and the staff were very humble. I would have rated 5 stars but the waffle cone that I got with the choco chip icecream was a bit soft and I expected a crispy cone as it comes with an icecream. I tried choco chip icecream which was really good and the berry pastry icecream cake which was also very flavourful.
