Bake Mindfully

I had ordered the Christmas hamper and strawberry gateau cake both were absolutely delicious! The chocolate truffles were aptly spiced and on point. Strawberry cake was more berry than cake with yummy creamy layers and who wouldn’t love that! Can’t believe all this is vegan and you do not miss dairy at all. Beautiful collection and I hope to try them all, will definitely come back again for more! Keep up the good work!

I have been ordering from BakeMindfully for almost 2 years. I have tried most of their cakes. My personal favourite is the Strawberry vanilla cake. It is so refreshing and beautifully presented! Both my parents love it too!! Bake Mindfully is hands down the best plant-based bakery in Pune and I have tried them all! 🌈

Ordered Chocolate Almond Cranberry Tea Time Cake from Payal. It was awesome in taste and baked to perfection. Unique thing about Payal’s cakes is quality ingredients that are good for health as well (All natural and no junk). Would highly recommend Payal for best quality bakery products that are healthy and tasty.

This is the second time I am ordering from this place and Payal does not disappoint. This time we got the chocolate + mixed berries cake which was absolutely delicious. Since this was for the whole family including elderly folks, I was a bit concerned that the chocolate might make it a bit bitter. But Payal struck a perfect balance between the chocolaty flavor, sweetness and moistness of the cake. The whole family really enjoyed it to the point where we had to hold back diabetic Ajji on her third slice. Presentation of the cake was also on point. Being eggless, vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, whole food-based is just the proverbial cherry on top of her cakes. Pun intended.

Payal is so passionate and dedicated to the art of plant based baking! She makes the most incredible French pastries I have ever tasted. Entremets, strawberry Frasier, tarts, lemon curd to name a few ! Wow she has really transformed the plant based desserts scene in India with her talent and skills and most importantly everything she does, she does it with love and compassion for the animals.

I had a last minute pastry order of blueberry cheesecakes, biscoff cheesecakes and the chocolate cake. They were all really good. Looked good, tasted good and satisfied everyone. No one could believe they were vegan! My daughter is allergic to eggs and dairy and this place was a godsend. Will definitely be ordering more from here.

I had ordered cupcakes from Bake Mindfully. Payal understand the requirment of a client , she is patient and very honest at her aproach and uses ingredients which are healthy and safe. Her taste and quality was upto the mark, packing was very professionally done. I would recommend Bake Mindfully ( Payal Lodha) if you looking for healthy, tasty cakes and have a mindful taste . Would give her 10/10 for sure.
