Délicieux! I love this location because it’s the best of two worlds: the history and incredible ambiance and vitality of Vieux-Québec in the summer coupled with a delicious Canadian pastry gem. Be prepared to get down and possibly a little dirty with your choice of sweet treat. I am typically a chocolate-banana (Bananarama) kinda girl and I find that less messy, but I also think that it’s compliments to the chef if I end up wearing a part of my meal…lol. Anyway, I certainly put these sweet treats on the list of culinary wonders that rock my world, for sure! Local tip that I learned to avoid some of the mess: take your cute social media picture and then fold it like a taco to eat ;)

I came here to get the highly coveted beaver tail. Little did I know how many options there would be. Shout out to the young man working the night I visited. He was more than patient with me while I bombarded him with questions regarding the options. I was a big fan of the beaver tail it was a great late night dessert after dinner. This shop was nice clean and very low-key in a cool part of the city.

Very cozy little place, great to get "beaver tails" a sweet flat bread that tastes great by itself which you can add toppings for more flavor. The choco banana and the apple cinnamon are highly recommended. You can also have hot chocolate, coffee, poutine and even ice cream. Very near Rue de Champlain. A must while in Quebec!
