This is a great place to go; you can't go wrong. Good food, very good beer, great service! I have been to this specific location about half a dozen time to that specific location and it has always been a great experience. I also visited many of their locations in Ontario and Quebec and in my experience the quality of the food, beer and service has been very consistent.

Was at one of these locations a few days ago in montreal. Food was good but slightly overpriced. But it was a good experience. The same can not be said for this one. To start. Manager was rude, didn’t welcome us into the restaurant. Just showed us to our table without a menu. Staff didn’t notice we were there for 20 minutes. After ordering, food didn’t arrive for an entire hour. Candied Bacon Burger was somehow dry, as well as the chicken BLT. Was never asked about the food or was even approached about water or condiments. Will not be back.

Owner beware, your staff seems to be sabotaging your restaurant. I called in for a 10 person reservation and they said they were busy and had no more place. We showed up anyway and the place was dead, we could have brought 50 people with no problems. On arrival we were "informed" the kitchen was about to close and we needed to order ASAP, but it took very long for our order to arrive and they even forgot my son's order. They simply said nothing could be done as the kitchen was closed (bad luck I think). After the orders they got right came in, the staff simply disappeared, not even there for water or drinks. At the end we decided not to tip and we were challenged by the staff. Frankly, if you own this business, save yourself the headache and close down.

Had a reservation , was pretty horrible, server never even brought us water , the food didnt taste of much (waited 1.5 hours +) , i ordered the same as a friend but our food was completely different , couldnt even get salt and the server never even ordered our appetizers. the server then argued with us saying we were the problem, she ended up going in the kitchen and throwing the plate she had in her hands. We gave 15$ tip for an 85$ order (because we do understand the lack of employees during covid) and honestly after the servers attitude i wish i would of gave 0$ tip. I will deff not be going back to this place. Very bad experience overall.
