Restaurant Normandin Val-belair

Went there for breakfast on Sunday August 27. We arrived around 11:30am and I was chocked by the extremely slow service. It took 1.5 hours from the moment we set to the time they brought our food. By the time the food came we realised they were missing a part of our order. For a breakfast place taking 90 minutes to deliver two plates of sunny side up eggs with toast is totally unacceptable. The server was apologetic and did not charge us for the missing part of our order (since it took longer for it to come). I will definitely not come back there, it was a very stressful experience for a Sunday brunch.

Not impressed at all! Food is expensive overall and quality needs some work. Pizza one of the easiest foods to make was lacking cheese and I asked for a bacon pizza costing a whole $10 more versus the cheese only yet I had $2 worth of bacon on it at best! Thai salad was good overall but the Caesar should never be called a Caesar if the dressing is not Real Caesar make with anchovies!
