T&b's Restaurant

Visited this place for business conference. I did not stay personally so can not review rooms experience directly but other guests shared good feedback. However i spent quite a good amount of time over 3 days in the conference hall and had the pleasure to enjoy food and hospitality. Hits: - One of the most famous place in Quebec City and has a long history. You can find many things inside hotel about the past - Conference facility is good and staff is nice. They made sure that things are ready in time - Food is delicious and ambiance is very nice. Each room and place is nicely decorated. You will like golden escalator area - restroom area is very neat and clean Misses: - Food is amazing but limited choice for vegetarians. Still trying to explain people that vegetarian and vegan is not same - limited choice in snacks and tea

Impeccable service. Beautiful hotel. Blew my parents away. Great way to experience Quebec. Loved the breakfast on gold floor as well as the private lounge, free coffee and drinks (non alcoholic). Views for days from this area. Even chess games etc. TVs . couches. I suggest gold floor, the Grace Kelly room. Won't disappoint

Beautiful place. Had lunch in the restaurant. The food was exceptional! However, the service was slow. We were in a group and had three servers. I asked twice for more butter for our table. Finally, the third time that server just turned around to their service buffet behind her and got it and gave it to us. Why the first two couldn't do that us hard to understand. Finally, I asked for a second Iced tea. 15 minutes later I got it after I had finished dining. Our meal was supposed to have included tea, however I was presented a bill. Rather than delay our group any longer I simply paid it (over $13) sans any gratuity si we could get out of there. My rating would have been 1 star but for the fantastic cuisine and the beautiful facility.

Meaningful but not worthy as the price is quite high during the summer. You need to wait for a long time to connect with front desk or concierge, not like other hotels(normally it takes less than a minute). Facilities are old, sometimes not working and needed to be fixed (also takes long time waiting for someone). Pros, staffs are nice, location and amenities are great. However, I don’t want to stay here again as I don’t feel it’s valuable for the price. But if you want to experience this historic place, it’s on you.

We stayed 2 nights as part of our Honeymoon through Canada. Our room was small, but updated, bed was cosy and everything was clean. The staff were very accommodating and even sent up a mini-bottle of champagne to help celebrate our Honeymoon. The hotel is centrally located and everything is easily walkable. We appreciated the free ice cream next door. There is so much to do in the area that we didn't really get to use the hotel accommodations, but would plan to next time we come back.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, location is fantastic and the staff were all so kind and friendly. I would like to specifically mention the concierge Pierre who helped us out greatly when our flight was cancelled last minute. He completely went above and beyond in order to help us find alternative transportation and it truly meant the world to us. We appreciate everything that he did for us.

Positive: Fairmount is not only pet friendly but they are pet welcoming! It's wonderful they offer you bowls, a bed, treats, poop bags, etc... The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The staff is also amazing! Negative: The add on fees are brutal! 50 dollars/night for overnight parking... and you still have to tip the valet! The pet fee per night is also another joke! Wanna eat something in your room? be prepared to pay a hefty amount of cash for it!
