Great service worth more than 5 stars, the food was finger linking more than 5 , the restaurant was clean and tidy, it definitely earns a10 out of 10 ,thank you KFC Queenstown ,we really enjoyed our visit,

I went to KFC queens town a week ago all the way from Auckland,looking for some good food and no doubt KFC was good option. Specially staff i dont exactly remember name I guess Munny & Pooja. they were indian Couple. Both were so helpful in choosing meal for my kids. Awsome & friendly people.

Customer service is good, guy at the counter was humble and smiling at least someone was in the rush qtown.

I always come to this store, most staffs are good nice and friendly ❤️ but I would tell the cooker might really check chickens because sometimes chickens are not done and sometimes I got old chickens and too much oily.

Ok, so getting to the drive thru is interesting, but the food was fab and staff friendly.

Went through drive through.
Neither good nor bad. It just is what it is.
I would say however - and this is not a discriminatory remark, that they need to ensure staff on the drive through can both understand and speak clearer English.
That becomes more of an issue with those drive through intercoms to be fair..
Otherwise no complaints. Young girl was polite, smiley and professional and was doing her best.

The best KFC in the entire New Zealand. Crispy & light batter on the Wicked Wings. Great flavours! Honestly, the only KFC chain where it actually tastes like KFC chicken!
