Fantastic little cafe and dispensary. Lovely setting and good variety of good and health supplies. We were well taken care of by our pharmacist Clare and great coffee fix.

Such a lovely pharmacy. The team is always so attentive and helpful, they have the best product range in Queenstown and you can even grab yourself a drink and treat while you’re there.

The chemists and Batista that I dealt with when I came in made me believe in humanity again. Wonderfully fast prescription turnaround too, which was nice

This place is a Chemist and Cafe in one. My review is only for the Chemist portion of which I only have good things to say. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and it's never too busy. They have a handy text script refilling service as well.

Very friendly staff member who goes out of their way to get you what you need and make a sale. It can seem forceful to some people, it also is alot more expensive that surrounding chemists paying 29.99 for a box of panadol tablet can be pricey for some.. apart from that it was clean and organised

I visited Antidote QT for the first time today to give my eyebrows some well-deserved lovin. I was nervous to start off with because I was comfortable and loyal to my local eyebrow therapist in Auckland. But I now have met a great brow therapist in QT! Thanks Sandy for your professionalism and creating a nice calm atmosphere while getting my brows done ❤️. You are recommended by many and I'll be one of those gals! Great service, my brows are divine!
Also, while waiting, I browsed around the store to kill time. They've got awesome products and plenty to choose from. Staff came to say hi and asked for any assistance. It was a great atmosphere today.

I had a Covid Booster while I was in Queenstown. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and caring. After the shot, we had a coffee and scone in their cafe. Great coffee and again friendly barista/server. Scone was delicious and so took home a bagel for lunch. Bagel also lovely. So overall, will definitely go back while we are down here.
