Has a great burger called the “monster”.
Everything was fresh and I really love my burger bun toasted. This is a big burger by photo doesn’t present it well.
Great service too, lady at the counter was lovely and so polite.

Went here the first time almost 3 years ago and had the Volcano Burger, fresh meat, massive portion, crispy chips.
Came back today the tomato sauce almost boiling (OFF), old ingredients, frozen meat ( properly no meat inside) patty, and just disappointing.
Hope that will improve........ I will give a shot again next even it was horrible

Stopped in here on just before we left Queenstown. Friendly upfront staff who serve you with a smile on their face.
The burgers and portion sizes are great and the price is excellent, considering local supermarkets are very expensive.
