Pedro's By The Lake

My friend & I have visited here twice in the last 2 months. Amazing steak dish that we shared on our first visit was shared and melt in the mouth delicious. Then tonight I had the roast vegetables with leaf salad, my friend the fish of the day. This food is amazing. The cocktails are delicious as well. I absolutely adore their mojitos! The tastes take you in an adventure and you want more. Beautiful, never have I had such a mouth watering salad in my life. Totally recommend this amazing place. The staff are fantastic and their service is 100% on point. Can’t wait to go back. Which I will definitely be doing.

We decided to come for dinner after looking around for a while. We didn't book and were able to get a table outside. They have happy hour as well as an interesting tapas menu. I grabbed the pulled lamb montadito as well as patatas bravas. The montadito was essentially a whole lot of pulled lamb over bread. Both were quite nice, particularly the montadito. I was also able to try the fish and it was cooked quite nicely. The food was quite nice the it was a bit pricey for Tapas, most items were over $20, so it could get quite expensive grabbing a few plates to share. The portions were quite good though. The location by the lake is really nice as is the food.

What a great place to go for your Queenstown experience! Pedros is a fantastic restaurant situated right by the lake with exceptionally friendly staff who know how to help you choose what you want and make you feel welcome. Full marks to Damien, Charles and Gramiro for their wonderful service, and to the chef for producing interesting and excellent tapas. Hasta la proxima! Cheers Bill and Catherine

My wife and I went here for out 40th wedding anniversary. She has very exacting standards and I'm delighted to say we were served brilliantly. The wine list was extensive, varied and reasonably priced. The steak in particular was buttery and cooked to perfection. Will be coming back during our next visit to Queenstown.

Fabulous place to grab the happy hour lunch special. The dishes were delicious, very filling and the service was fabulous. Great sitting outside watching the world go by. Couldn’t fault the place until I went to pay and when I did not click yes I want to leave a tip, the attitude of the girl was very cool and curt and a little rude with an eye roll. It sort of put a dampener on the experience. Apart from that, I think the food and the rest of the staff were fantastic.

We LOVE ❤️ Pedro's. Absolutely delicious food, the garlic prawns and scallops are particularly divine. The atmosphere is so relaxed and staff are ALWAYS amazingly attentive and friendly. We have visited a number of times and love it so much that we chose to go again recently for my birthday. We were not disappointed! Thanks guys for the birthday song and lovely complimentary dessert, it was much appreciated 👍
