Good seafood. Service was very poor. Nobody was out front when we arrived. When someone came out she was on the phone instead of taking our orders. After we received our food we were informed there was no ketchup or tartar sauce. If we had been told in the beginning we would have gone elsewhere. What is seafood and French fries without condiments? The fountain drinks squirted all over my husband and floor. We felt like we were imposing on the staff.

Suxs. Slow snd don't get order right .burns the food. Very disappointing I used to eat there almost every day. Oh they reach out on here to act like they make it right and when you contact them guess what you never hear from them. Sad you have to change where you eat because they don't care about there customers!!!!!

The person taking orders was covering the inside and outside customers all alone, on a busy day. She was pleasant, didn't show the frustration she must have felt but it slowed the service way down. Inside was clean but not the same as pre-covid, with no self serve condiment station, next to the soft drink machine. Was stripped down of everything inluding napkins. Didn't feel the same as in past.

This place goes the extra mile... and then some!! I don't think I've ever been to a more committed fast food restaurant. Whatever they are doing, absolutely needs to continue to be done. If I had cash on hand I would have tipped the man cooking and woman serving the counter- whatever they're paid- they deserve a raise! We (2 kids + 2 adults) had such fantastic food and amazing service here on 01/28/23. We dined in around noon and from the time we got there to the time we left, we felt taken care of and appreciated. The place was clean, employees kind as can be, and the food super hot and fresh. If I'm ever back out that way I will 100% be stopping back by.
