Confectionately Yours Bakery

This is the best bakery around. They have incredible communication and produce the most magnificent cakes I have ever seen! They answered my million questions with patience and worked with my budget. I'm blown away by everything they create (check out their Instagram) and will definitely be using them for all our future birthdays. I highly recommend them if you want beautiful cakes, incredible service, and responsiveness. Thank you for making our birthday celebrations incredible!

Not overly impressed with this place when I called the phone was picked up with zesta hello by a man had to ask if I was calling the right place then when I got there after the snowstorm they didn't do a very good job shovel on the sidewalk or even against the street to get back in your car you had to climb over a mountain of snow with your pastries in hand. Also I know black was a very hard type of frosting but I was assured it was black when I could clearly see it was green and it was green when the cupcakes were eaten.

**UPDATE** ….. I literally have no idea what your “owner response” is in regards to but this wasn’t my situation, however I am clearly not the only person that has had an issue with Danny…. Have you ever eaten at a restaurant and the food was just mediocre but the service was so good that you left a great tip??? This bakery is the reverse of that. The food is good, but the man that works there (I’m assuming the owner), is just SO ridiculously unpleasant (and that’s being kind) that I will no longer be spending my money here. In my experience, outstanding customer service is crucial when establishing your reputation as a small business. I have a huge family with lots of birthdays and celebrations, I could have been a repeat customer for life but I will, instead, be ordering all of my future treats at a nearby bakery that actually seems happy to have my business.
