While we were greeted warmly, the expletive laced song in the background was not appropriate. They added two items I did not order and was charged for them. And did not offer a refund. Just a sorry. The fries were a over cooked crisp mess. Forgot BBQ sauce for my sandwich. In addition the place was a mess. Needs a new manager/ owner. A disgusting mess.

I visit this Hardee's frequently on my way to work. I moat always go thru the drive thru and have no problems at all however recently it has been hard to catch them open. The last two times I tried to grab a sandwich before work I did not get waited on.i have taken in consideration the pandemic causing issues with staffing..however the sign says open til 7pm. I was there at 615pm..there was a car in the parking lot and the lights were on. I attempted to call no answer so I left...don't think as of now that I will return anytime soon.its not like they were busy at all..i would think they would take care of the few customers that visit

Breakfast biscuit was hard and waited in drive thru for 10 mins. Possibly short staffed this time, but last time biscuit was too hard too.

I was in drivethu for 15 mins on a half lunch and drove off leaving my food very very slow

The angus burger was quite disgusting. I feel kind of sick actually. It was smothered in mayo and ketchup. The cold meat was as thin as my fingernail practically. The fries were fresh and crispy. Those apple turnovers are delicious! However, I’m never going back unless I feel like some dessert.

I showed up at 6:17am and waited 5 minutes with no one answering. Don’t say your hours are 6-10 if you aren’t going to be open.
