I called this Quincy location just to speak to a manager concerning a minor issue. Basically just needed someone to listen. Spoke to Stephanie who was the manager on the clock at the time of my call. Stephanie was AWESOME. Customer service is HUGE to me and should be to anyone spending their hard working money. By the time we hung up, I forgot why I even called. It felt like I simply hung up with a friend. Stephanie listened and gave me GREAT feedback. Thanks Stephanie 🤗

This the season for yummy Panera. The broccoli cheddar cheese soup is my go to, but decided on a sandwich instead that day. It was good. Hot beverage is always good in the winter.

Fabulous Green Goddess salad with chicken is the best. Nice atmosphere inside -- and it was so beautiful today, I could sit outside at their outdoor tables.
Lots of nice, fresh, healthy options. Have a really nice selection of fountain drinks too like different iced teas and fruit drinks with agave.

This location is closed. I ordered lunch online around 11am today. Arrived for my 12:15 rapid pickup and there is a sign on the door saying they are closed. This did not stop them from accepting my money and charging my credit card though. No one answers the phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail.

I accidentally ordered online to this location but they were great about refunding me—no hassle. I especially enjoy the Panera rewards and often save because of it.

Delicious artisan breads, fresh & flavorful fillings and hearty sides. Loving that Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with a side of Mac & cheese...mmm, yummy!

Curbside pickup, in store take out and a smattering of outside tables makes Panera an excellent choice, even during these unusual times. LOVE their breakfast souffles.
