Positive review is needed. I had surgery today all I wanted was pizza and bbq wings. Ordered it! They came so quick and my food was HOT like just came out the oven hot. I want to say that the cook and the delivery driver was so nice. The only thing that was missing was my receipt or I would have went online to do the tell Pizza Hut.com I made a review. I did call the store and let them know that the cook and the driver was great but I want management to know that this was a good product and delivery today. Thanks guys for making my day.

We love Domino’s. The main drawback for this location is that they make a mistake every time we order. If you’re okay with long delivery times, botched orders, incorrect charges, but good pizza - it’s not that bad.

The 50% speciality pizza deal was on point and the custom Brokyln Style pizza was delicious. Ham, Bacon, Pineapple, Red peppers, Cheddar chesse, BBQ sauce, and Buffalo hot sauce. Recommend ya'll try it.

If I could give it 0 stars I certainly would. I will say, any time we've had any issues there Melissa, the managers name is the one stamped to it. We ordered 3 large pizzas at 7:25pm, was notified via Domino's app at 7:36pm that my order was out of the oven and being checked for quality. It wasn't until 8:37pm that the order was finally on it's way. Finally at 9:06pm it arrives (I live approximately 12 miles, or 6 minutes away). Needless to say, there was no heat whatsoever emanating from the boxes... See photos, they say it all! That's what they actually looked like when i opened it! I said if hell naw. Gross! Lost my business! Went right around the corner to Papa John's!

Slowest service I have ever experienced. The system says 75min wait time. We ordered online at 5:54...it is now 8:00...I understand weather was a factor but there should be an adjustment to thier system. Not only that, none of the employees wear thier masks properly if at all.
Update: get a notification of driver is in your neighborhood.....our neighborhood is a street, finally have our pizza at 8:18.....sad

Nothing special about this place. They normally take longer than the say for deliver. Sometimes it will arrive on the room temperature side. If you want warm pizza do pick up.

It was to much of a hassle to get what we ordered and the pizza is subpar. My neighbor must love them. Im pretty sure they have stock in them. They order 3 days a week and its been for years.

TERRIBLE experience with this 675 Knox Blvd's location manager at 1:15pm on 12 Dec 2021. 1 star because the delivery driver was kind, and the original worker who answered the phone tried to be polite at first. This review is based on my experience as a former CSR at 2 different Domino's Pizza locations.
The male manager was extremely rude and cursed me on the phone. He was condescending, and rage-refunded us rather than answer the simple question: why didn't you let the customer ordering a "specialty Hawaiian" pizza know your location was out of red bell peppers, so they could order a different pizza? This would have been simple for them to do as we ordered over the phone. That's one opportunity to let your customer know you're out of ingredients, and another is after seeing our order on the shoulder-surf screen.
The male manager(not sure if it was GM) on this shift was extremely passive aggressive("I didn't know that a $0.05 topping was such a big deal" "$0.05 damned cents", etc. "I KNOW the ingredients"), when the solution was simple- stop making the pizza when you see you're missing an ingredient on the shoulder-surf screen and call the customer to check if they want a different pizza- which is what both Domino's I've worked at always did.
He claims to have refunded my mom- I'll check later. His behavior won't be included on any customer notes in the Point of Sale system, so here it is for potential Domino's Pizza customers. Order from a different Kentucky franchise.
My mom's been loyal to Domino's ever since I worked there as a teenager, and has repeatedly ordered from this Domino's in Radcliff rather than the Pizza Hut that's 4 mins from us on Ft. Knox. This interaction will be the last time we order from this 675 Knox Blvd location and Domino's Pizza Kentucky in general.
TL;DR Manager was extremely rude, cursed me on the phone, and hung up after rage-refunding rather than give guest the option to order a different pizza as this location was out of red bell peppers. Bad for business.
