Huddle House

For beginners, I waited approximately 40 plus minutes for my food. The waitress threw straws on my table while yelling at the cook that everyone got a smoke break but her. The floors were so nasty with food all over them and very greasy. The floors were actually slick, they were so greasy. A waitress dropped a tortilla in the floor and just left it. I would love to know who the manager is. This was the worst service I have ever received. And when it was time to pay, I got no ticket, so I went to the register and it took her 9 minutes to get me a ticket and cash me out. One star was very generous! They had plenty of staff. The cook did actually quit when I was paying.

Great service for being very shortly staffed!!!... Food was cooked properly but lacked in flavor and overall quality! None of our 4 meals wasn't as presentable as the menu made them look. Probably worst Huddle House we've ever dined at. Had only 1 waitress serving all tables, plus she had to work the counter alone as well. I felt very bad for her and the one cook. Manager just sit in the back and done NOTHING to assist his crew. VERY SAD to see and doesn't deserve the leadership title not one bit!!!

I have watched Huddle House gradually slide down in quality. This is what I expected. Was presently surprised that it was packed. Service was a little slow but it was crowded. The coffee was a little weak for my taste but I am expresso drinker. I had the Huddle House bowl. Was surprised about gravy on top. It was edible and tasted OK. Overall, I was happy with my meal and the service.

Walked in with my wife and 3 sons today to eat some huddle house that I haven't had in quite a while. Was blessed to have a waitress name Shelly wait our table. She was very kind and helpful and provided top quality service. We see you putting in your work and time Shelly. Jesus Christ sees you as well. Thanks for being a blessing. God bless you. Thank you

The manager was horrible. Rude to the other waiter (Coral). The 5 star is for coral(not sure of spelling) heard the other girls say it. She’s a skinny Caucasian girl with black hair. The manager is skinny Caucasian with fake eye lashes and highlights in hair. You should never correct employees in front of customers!!! Very unprofessional…. That looked like harassment to me. If I were your staff I would file a suit!!! Great food and service… HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I worked there for six months I know how the food is cooked, prepared and suppose to taste like. We’ve had the same incidents happen ordering mid-day and night shifts several times now, but we still eat there because it convenient. Food was not right by not having the right ingredients and/or being over cooked or undercooked. Workers not knowing what goes on what and not even checking the menu to see what goes on what, knowing that the menus have it written what’s in the food. Grease galore because the grill isn’t being cleaned properly between shifts and/or to much oil is being added before cooking or not being shaken out of the fryer before putting it on to plate. Missing food in take out and in-store. Food not being checked throughly before giving the food to the customer. Condiments not being placed in the bags either even though it’s pretty much common sense if a customer order toast and don’t think to ask for jelly or butter you put them in the container or pre-package jellies onto the side. Food presentation has lacked in all categories. Definitely work with your new hires a little longer then just giving them apron and just saying here you go. Customers pay you to serve them. I expect a misshape to happen once awhile but this has been consecutive for months now. Please do better.
