Came here for a late meal, got a Philly cheese steak w/fries and italian sub. Fast friendly service and the food was fresh and hot.

Nasty fatty bacon! Highly recommend avoiding subs that have bacon on them. This quality of ingredients is unacceptable. I used to come here semi often. I won't be returning to this establishment after this. Sadly disappointed.

Great, subs, clean establishment, and excellent customer service....Lets not forget the fast service. Alot of people come during lunch, but service is quick, no long wait.

Called on 11/12/2020 and was hung up on then tried calling back and it was busy for over 5 minutes. I went into the place and told the blonde at the register that I was hung up on and tried calling back and her response was, there's no problem with the phone. Very poor customer service. I will never go back!

Never a good experience in the Radcliff Location, I've asked for light or not toasted bun and if the blond girl is in there she pushes my bun back in from the back side of the toaster, she thinks she is sneaky but I do watch my food as it is being prepped. Well today was the final straw my bun was so over cooked that I couldn't eat it because it was as hard as a rock. I took photos before I threw it in the trash wish I could upload them here

The young blonde girl literally mocked my order. I was going in there to order a Postmate order. Extremely rude, not friendly at all. Food is overpriced anyway and they goof off half the time. Was in there for like 30 minutes because of that. There wasn't a line at all. Everytime I go in there it's NEVER a good experience for me.
