Papa Johns Pizza

New Papa John's foldable, NY style pizza is funny! Looks like the same size at the large until I did a side by side comparison with a dominoes medium. TF! Guess I paid for the NY price and received the almost large. Somebody should start running funny underground commercials just in time for the Super Bowl. I'll act for free because I am LMAO right now! Who got the camera and the script; brand new in 22!

I made a large order and they delivered everything except the 2 liter. I called the store and spoke with the manager and apparently he was about to clock out. I told him about what happened and he ended up bringing me it himself and apologized. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend this papa johns location.

The website glitched and told me that my card information was wrong but I was still charged. I called to confirm my order went through and a woman there said it did. I waited 2 hours for my order that never showed, I called back and they said they don’t have an order for me. I had to place another order and had to wait 30 more minutes. I got my pizza and it was cut terribly, you couldn’t pull the slices apart without ripping the whole slice and they didn’t cook it long enough all of the toppings including cheese would slide off. Also when I came to pick up my pizza the workers were all sitting outside smoking right at the front door. I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered garlic parmesan breadsticks and they had 0 seasoning on them when I got them and my pizza also did not have the toppings I added onto it and paid for. When calling the store the staff was extremely rude and told me call back the next day before hanging up? I doubt I’ll get any kind of refund or coupon due to the attitude of whoever I spoke to on the phone. Personally I would just order from the one in E-town.
