I ordered with Mobile Order and Pay. Sat there for 20 mins. Finally went in and asked for a manager. Manager told me that she was too busy to deal with me and my order. She didn’t apologize. She didn’t try to make things right. She insinuated that I just needed to keep waiting because I was somehow less important than the people in the drive thru line or in store. I never got my food because I refused to wait any longer, especially after being told I was a lesser customer. THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS WORTHLESS!

Fast drive-thru and employees are super nice. Food was fresh and hot cooked to order as always. Pull up to wait for food didn't wait long. Recommend this McDonald's if you want fast reliable service.

Literally went earlier today 6/13/22, I ordered a big Mac no bun extra lettuce, extra pickles. Drove all the way to Irvington, literally had a beef patty on a container, nothing else, and it was crusty like yesterdays meat. So disappointed. Usually don't go to McDonald's, for reasons like this. Drive thru lady (1st window) very dry attitude.

This place is like playing Russian roulette with food. Just order what you think the people in the next car would enjoy because your not getting what you ordered. It's actually a really fun game.

Morning crew CANNOT open on time. Consistently having to wait til almost 6 am to even hope they’re open. Always out of drinks and the food is sloppily put together. 0/10 :((

Hot, drive thru was 5pr6 cars deep however they got me edited meal correct. Order taken and me out their driv-thru in under 10mins. All that being said It's mcdonald's so its TRULY the best u can hope 4

3 years ago I posted a three-star review for this McDonald's. I have gone a few times since then and it has only gotten worse. There was only six people in line and I had to wait 39 minutes for a cheeseburger and a small fry. Horrible service.
